Joel is the pastor of Calvary Chapel in Danville, VA. The Holy Spirit led Joel to pastor the church early in 2022 after serving nearly 10 years in various ministries at Calvary Chapel Lynchburg. He is currently aiming to finish graduate studies in early 2023 with a Masters in Theological Studies from Liberty University.
